Brothers, Nicholas and Michael own Glenmina LLC. They grew up in Kettering. Nicholas lives in Kettering and has spent his career in public service roles. Michael owns a local IT company. Glenmina LLC firm buys, rehabs, and provides upscale rental homes in Kettering. We have purchased 15 homes over the past 3 years.
Who We Serve
Our clients our professionals. Their careers entail multi-year assignments at WPAFB, local hospitals, universities and other businesses. Our clients are typically able to purchase a home, however due to the shorter-term nature of their work assignments, it doesn’t make sense for them to buy and then sell so quickly. However, they have families, spouses, children and pets and they want to live in safe, family-oriented neighborhoods.
